Dashboard with card selected cardview.
Dashboard is the center of your collections. It is where you can see all manuscripts or other IIIF documents that you have access to or have imported. It allows you to switch between different views, seeing either all documents divided into groups or a specific group: owned, shared with you, or public. It also offers two different views: cards and table.

Dashboard with selected table view.
In both views you can see the most important information about the document: the title, description, and license, and, in the case of shared or public documents, also who owns it. The table view also adds the shelfmark to the list of visible information.
Owned documents are those that were created by you, either imported via the [ + Add IIIF Manifest ] button or uploaded [^1].
In the section tab Shared with me, you can find all documents that were shared with you, either from users directly sharing with you or if you are a member of an organisation[^2] with access to certain documents.
The last section, Public, will contain any documents with visibility set to Public. These documents can be read by anyone, but not modified. However, you have the option to clone the document and annotate it yourself.
Each document has a set of options that can be configured. Clicking on a card or row opens either the view or the editor, depending on your role in the document. For other options, it’s necessary to click on the three dots on the right side to open a small menu.
In the case of rows, this menu is expanded into icons. Hovering over an icon will show you a tooltip with the label for each action.

View: is a space where a document can only be read and contains all annotations, sections, and layers. It is built for the purpose of presentation.
Edit: is an editing workspace where you can freely add annotations, sections, and layers.
Settings: contains all important settings of the document, from basic metadata to appearance to the option to download the W3C Annotated manifest, and more.
Share: automatically copies the link to the document view into your clipboard, and you can send it to anyone.
Clone: allows you to clone the IIIF Manifest and annotate the copy by yourself.
