To recover your password, you need to know either your username or email, as the instructions on how to continue will be sent to your email.

After entering your username or email and clicking the [ Send reset code ] button, you’ll receive an email with six numbers — your reset code. If you do not receive anything, the username or email you entered might not exist in the app database.

Retype these six numbers from your email and set a new password. You’ll be redirected back to the login page, where you can successfully log in with your new credentials.
